This site provides public information about a private QuickBooks integration still under development. As of the effective date, no production QuickBooks integration is operating from this website.
1. Scope
This policy describes the current informational website at the operator's Cloudflare Pages address and the planned use of the QuickBooks Online Accounting API by authorized company personnel. The site is not intended as a customer-facing service.
2. Information collected through this website
The website has no user registration, account sign-in, contact form, analytics scripts, or advertising cookies. It does not request bank numbers, Intuit passwords, or QuickBooks records. Hosting and internet service providers may process routine technical information associated with loading webpages, such as IP address, browser information, and request logs, for operation and security. Visitors who email the operator voluntarily provide the information included in their message.
3. Planned QuickBooks data access
Following proper authorization and completion of the technical implementation, the planned private integration may access limited company accounting master data such as vendor record IDs, vendor names, company names, and record version identifiers to review and perform approved corrections. The actual permissions, fields, vendors, handling of access tokens, and retention methods will be documented and this policy updated before production use. No live QuickBooks data is currently collected or stored by the website.
4. Purposes and sharing
Current website processing is limited to delivering informational pages and responding to emailed inquiries. The planned integration is intended to support authorized internal administration, not sale of data, advertising, or unrelated marketing. The website is hosted using Cloudflare's infrastructure, and Intuit would provide the authorized QuickBooks API if a production integration is subsequently implemented.
5. Security and retention
No credentials or payment information are entered through this static website. Technical request data may be retained by infrastructure providers according to their own practices. Correspondence sent by email may be retained for ordinary business administration. The eventual application's specific safeguards and retention periods are not yet finalized; production access will not begin until they are established and the policy accurately reflects them.
6. User choices and requests
For questions about company information or emails sent to the operator, contact tfrey@integratedcmco.com. Requests concerning data held by Intuit or other providers may also be subject to their respective processes and applicable law.
7. Updates
The operator may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, technical implementation, and legal requirements. The current version will appear on this page with an updated effective date.
This notice is intentionally limited to the current site and planned integration. Review it before submitting Intuit's production app assessment and again before connecting live accounting data.
