End-User License Agreement
Effective date: October 22, 2026 | Operator: Integrated Contracting & Mechanical, LLC
This agreement concerns a private internal-use QuickBooks integration under development. The informational website itself does not contain an operational application or production-data connection.
1. Scope and authorized users
The planned application, "Integrated Contracting and Mechanical Developer," is developed exclusively for internal use by Integrated Contracting & Mechanical, LLC and people it authorizes. It is not offered, licensed, or sold to the public. Until the application becomes operational, visiting this website grants no access to an application or QuickBooks records.
2. Permitted use
When available, authorized personnel may use the application solely to perform legitimate company accounting administration through Intuit-supported APIs and with appropriate QuickBooks permissions. Use must comply with applicable law, company policies, and applicable Intuit agreements. Users may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass service protections, or access any company other than one expressly authorized.
3. Account security
Authorized personnel are responsible for protecting their account access and complying with their company's security requirements. The application will not request Intuit account passwords on this website. Any eventual QuickBooks connection will require an approved Intuit authorization flow.
4. Data and privacy
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. The currently published website does not operate a QuickBooks data connection. The policy and these terms will be reviewed and updated to describe the implemented application before any production deployment.
5. Intellectual property and third-party services
The website content and internal application materials belong to or are used by the operator under appropriate permission. QuickBooks and Intuit remain third-party services with their own applicable terms. Nothing in this agreement grants rights to Intuit software or trademarks.
6. Availability and changes
This integration is under evaluation. Features, access, and documentation may change or may never be launched. The operator may restrict or discontinue internal access. Any deployed functionality remains subject to Intuit API availability and required permissions.
7. No warranty of functionality
To the extent permitted by law, this informational site and any future evaluation version are provided without assurances that the planned functionality will be available or suitable for a particular accounting or tax outcome. The operator must independently review proposed financial-record changes.
